Returns
– Tala operates a 28 day return policy.
– To request a full or partial refund, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
– Refunds will be issued within 14 days of their return, pending a quality inspection.
– Products purchased on our online shop must be returned at the customers own expense, unless damaged, and our products must be returned in their original condition, with the correct Tala packaging.
– We operate a collection service with leading delivery service FedEx. If a collection is missed for whatever reason, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the item(s) to us within the specified 28 day window.

Damages
– If your item is damaged on delivery, please send a written description of the issue alongside photographic evidence of any breakages or faults to customerservice@tala.co.uk.
– Please include your full name, 4-digit order/reference number and contact details.
– Refunds will not be issued if the item(s) is damaged on installation or by a third party.
Ex-Display
– We do not issue refunds for items purchased from Ex-Display or Sample Sale collections.
